The collection

Abyss is a preset collection built around the ASM Hydrasynth's modulation architecture at its most expansive — 64 patches covering atmospheric depth, cinematic drone territory, and evolving textural material. The Hydrasynth's wavemorphing oscillators, 5-LFO modulation engine, and MPE capabilities are all put to work across the library, producing sounds that respond dynamically to performance input rather than simply sustaining at a fixed state. The 64 presets span Atmospheres, Drones, Pads, Soundscapes, Sequences, Leads, and Bass — organized for navigability during a session. Complex routing schemes and unique Macro assignments are pre-configured across the patches, giving you immediate access to meaningful real-time control without manual setup. MPE support is pre-mapped where applicable. Note that full MPE expression requires an MPE-capable controller — the presets are fully functional with standard MIDI, but the MPE layer adds a dimension of expressive control that the patches were designed around. 64 presets.
