The collection
Music City Drums Vol. 2 Boom Bap is a live recorded drum sample pack built across 3 distinct kits, each focused on the groove sensibility of classic boom bap — heavy kick-snare interplay, natural hi-hat swing, and the organic pocket that defines sample-based hip-hop production. The 3-kit approach gives the library tonal range across different shell sizes, head choices, and room characteristics, all captured with the feel-forward approach of live session playing applied to boom bap rhythmic vocabulary: Boom Bap Kit — 180 stereo loops, 1,012 multitrack loops, 35 MIDI loops, 79 one-shots. Dead Presidents Kit — 177 stereo loops, 1,001 multitrack loops, 35 MIDI loops, 91 one-shots. Funktastic Voyage Kit — 180 stereo loops, 1,001 multitrack loops, 35 MIDI loops, 79 one-shots. The Platinum tier includes MIDI loops for all 3 kits — giving you the option to retrigger the performances with any drum instrument or plugin in your DAW. Every part is delivered as 24-bit / 44.1kHz WAV across three tiers: Silver — stereo loops from all 3 kits. Ready for immediate use in any session. Gold — multitrack loops from all 3 kits (stereo loops not included). Individual kit piece recordings for custom mix configurations. Platinum — the complete package: stereo loops, multitrack loops, MIDI loops, and one-shots across all 3 kits. 3 kits. 24-bit / 44.1kHz. Organized by Type and Tempo.
